New dining experience in Sunshine Plaza

We started in Pandan Garden, where we perfected our gourmet braise, served the good old traditional way – with rice and steamed bun. The feedback from our customers was very encouraging which prompted us to bring forward our plans to bring our gourmet braise to town, to share the good food with many more people.

We want to bring new dining experiences to our customers in Sunshine Plaza. Here, you can find a greater selection of our gourmet braise, served “bento-style”. You will also be delighted to find new ways to enjoy them – with rice, noodle, steamed lotus leaf buns or conpoy porridge!

We are proud to bring braising to a new level using our very own micro-braise technique. Very simply, this means:

New Brews on the Block

Introducing our latest additions – Special House Brew Vietnamese Coffee and Vietnamese Drip Coffee.

Special House Brew Vietnamese Coffee

We use quality beans from Highland Coffee® Heritage Blend in a Technivorm® brewer, which has its brewing temperature, contact time and holding temperature in accordance with the critical requirements of the European Coffee Brewing Centre and the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Each brewer is hand-built in Holland (www.technivorm.com)

Vietnamese Drip Coffee – The Ultimate Coffee Experience

We use quality Peaberry beans from the Highland Coffee® Culi. It is well-known for its rich, smooth, well-balanced taste. (only 5% of the all coffee beans are Peaberry) which are round (compared to normals beans which are flat).

Fine Tea Hanging Around

With the introduction of coffee, it does not mean that we no longer serve fine tea! In fact, our objective is very simple – we want our customers to savour our gourmet braise without guilt by balancing the oiliness with tea.
